JewelMate 20 Terms of Service

Effective date: 06/17/2026 These Terms of Service apply to JewelMate 20, a jewelry business management application provided by Logic Mate Int., Inc. (“Logic Mate,” “we,” or “us”). They describe the terms for using JewelMate 20, including its optional connection to a Google account for sending email.

Use of JewelMate 20

JewelMate 20 is intended for use by businesses and their authorized personnel. Your organization is responsible for managing its JewelMate users, the information entered into the application, and the business communications sent through it. You agree to use JewelMate 20 in accordance with applicable law and your agreement with Logic Mate.

Connecting a Google account

If you choose to connect a Google account, JewelMate 20 will request your authorization for the Google access needed to [send emails from JewelMate 20 through your account]. The connection is optional and is used to support email features initiated or configured by authorized users of your organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect the Google account and send messages from it. Google account access is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. You can revoke JewelMate 20’s access through your Google Account settings; doing so may prevent JewelMate 20 from sending email through that account.

Email content and recipients

Your organization is responsible for the recipients and content of emails it sends using JewelMate 20, including any customer information included in those messages. You agree not to use the email feature to send unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information associated with JewelMate 20 and its Google account connection. Please review it before authorizing access.

Availability and changes

We may update JewelMate 20 and its email features from time to time. Email delivery may also depend on Google’s services, your account settings, and your organization’s configuration. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
